Cancellation & rescheduling
Updated 4 October 2026
Confirmed appointments reserve time specifically for you. Please review these terms before agreeing to a service and making payment.
Confirming your booking
An enquiry does not reserve an appointment. A coaching or advisory session is confirmed after the scope, fee, currency, date, time zone and applicable terms have been agreed in writing, payment has been received, and written confirmation has been sent.
Cancellation after payment
Once payment has been received, no discretionary refund is offered for a client cancellation, change of mind or failure to attend. Payment reserves the agreed appointment and preparation time. This applies to bank transfers as well as any other agreed payment method, subject always to mandatory legal rights.
You may notify us that you cannot attend, but cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Where applicable law limits cancellation charges, any amount retained will be limited to the amount lawfully recoverable, taking account of saved costs and replacement bookings where required.
Rescheduling and late arrival
Rescheduling is not automatic. A written request received at least 72 hours before the confirmed start may be considered, subject to availability and written approval. Approval to reschedule does not create a right to a refund.
Late arrival does not extend the agreed end time. Missed appointments and changes requested less than 72 hours before the start are not entitled to a discretionary replacement session. Mandatory rights are unaffected.
If Ahmad cancels
If Ahmad cancels an undelivered session, you may choose a mutually agreed replacement appointment or a full refund for the affected session. A credit will not be imposed instead of a refund.
Projects, packages and future courses
Advisory projects, coaching packages, speaking and workshops have engagement-specific terms, supplied before payment.
Online courses are not currently offered for purchase on this website. Any future course will have its price, access period and cancellation terms displayed before checkout. The intended policy is no discretionary change-of-mind refunds once digital access begins, subject to applicable law. Where required, immediate digital access will require separate express consent and acknowledgment of any resulting loss of the withdrawal right. Payment alone does not waive that right. Remedies for faulty or undelivered content remain available where required by law.
Notice and protected rights
Send requests using Contact us or the email or WhatsApp details in your booking confirmation, including your name and appointment date. The 72-hour period is measured in elapsed hours, including weekends and holidays.
Nothing in this policy excludes any mandatory cooling-off, cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. These rights prevail over conflicting terms. The agreed policy applies to the booking when made; later changes are not applied retrospectively.
