Ahmad Haikal is responsible for the information collected for his coaching, advisory and speaking practice. Use Contact us to ask a privacy question or exercise your rights.

Information you provide

The contact form collects your first name, email address, subject and message. You may choose to include your country, organization or service interests. Please do not include confidential documents or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

Newsletter signup collects your first name, last name and email address. If you contact us through WhatsApp, the contact information and message you share there are processed through that service.

How information is used

Enquiry information is used to respond, discuss suitable services, agree fees and arrange an engagement. Depending on applicable law, this supports steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in handling correspondence, and legal record-keeping obligations.

Newsletter subscription is a separate choice based on your consent. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you. You can unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter; withdrawal of consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Service providers

Systeme.io provides this website, contact forms and newsletter subscription services. Contact submissions are routed to the business inbox. Hosting and email providers may process technical data, including connection, device and security information, to deliver and protect these services.

Links to WhatsApp and social media take you to independent services whose own privacy notices apply. There is currently no embedded calendar or payment checkout on this website.

Providers may process information outside your country. Any international transfers must follow the safeguards required by applicable law. You can contact us for information about arrangements relevant to your data.

Retention and security

Enquiries and service correspondence are kept for as long as needed to respond, provide agreed services, satisfy record-keeping requirements or resolve disputes. Newsletter details are kept while you remain subscribed; a limited suppression record may be retained to honor an unsubscribe request.

Access is limited to the people and service providers who need information for these purposes. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your rights and choices
