Confirming your booking

An enquiry does not reserve an appointment. A coaching or advisory session is confirmed after the scope, fee, currency, date, time zone and applicable terms have been agreed in writing, payment has been received, and written confirmation has been sent.

Cancellation after payment

Once payment has been received, no discretionary refund is offered for a client cancellation, change of mind or failure to attend. Payment reserves the agreed appointment and preparation time. This applies to bank transfers as well as any other agreed payment method, subject always to mandatory legal rights.

You may notify me that you cannot attend, but cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Where applicable law limits cancellation charges, any amount retained will be limited to the amount lawfully recoverable, taking account of saved costs and replacement bookings where required.

Rescheduling and late arrival

Please submit any rescheduling request in writing at least 72 hours before the confirmed start time. Requests are subject to availability and written approval. A requested change is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation of the replacement appointment. Approval to reschedule does not create a right to a refund.

Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time. A missed appointment or a change requested with less than 72 hours’ notice does not qualify for a discretionary replacement session. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

If Ahmad cancels

If Ahmad cancels an undelivered session, you may choose a mutually agreed replacement appointment or a full refund for the affected session. A credit will not be imposed instead of a refund.

Projects and packages

Advisory projects, coaching packages, speaking and workshops have engagement-specific terms, supplied before payment.

Notice and protected rights

Please send requests through the contact form or the email or WhatsApp details provided in your booking confirmation, including your name and appointment date. The 72-hour notice period is measured in elapsed hours and includes weekends and public holidays.

Nothing in this policy excludes any mandatory cooling-off, cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. These rights prevail over conflicting terms. The agreed policy applies to the booking when made; later changes are not applied retrospectively.

لا يؤدي إرسال استفسار إلى حجز موعد. تتأكد جلسة الكوتشينج أو الاستشارة بعد الاتفاق كتابيًا على النطاق والرسوم والعملة والتاريخ والمنطقة الزمنية والشروط المطبقة، واستلام الدفع، وإرسال تأكيد مكتوب.

الإلغاء بعد الدفع

بعد استلام الدفع، لا يُقدَّم استرداد اختياري عند إلغاء العميل أو تغيير رأيه أو عدم الحضور. يخصص الدفع الموعد المتفق عليه ووقت التحضير له. ويسري ذلك على التحويل البنكي وأي وسيلة دفع متفق عليها، مع مراعاة الحقوق القانونية الإلزامية دائمًا.

يمكنك إبلاغي بعدم قدرتك على الحضور، لكن الإلغاء لا يمنح حقًا تلقائيًا في الاسترداد. وإذا كان القانون المطبق يحد من رسوم الإلغاء، فلن يتجاوز المبلغ المحتفظ به ما يجوز استحقاقه قانونًا، مع مراعاة التكاليف التي لم تعد لازمة والحجوزات البديلة حيث يلزم.

تغيير الموعد والتأخر

يُرجى تقديم أي طلب لتغيير الموعد كتابيًا قبل وقت البداية المؤكد بما لا يقل عن ٧٢ ساعة. تخضع الطلبات لتوافر المواعيد والموافقة الكتابية، ولا يُعد التغيير مؤكدًا إلا بعد استلام تأكيد كتابي بالموعد البديل. ولا تمنح الموافقة على تغيير الموعد حقًا في استرداد الرسوم.

لا يؤدي التأخر إلى تمديد وقت انتهاء الجلسة المحدد. ولا يترتب على عدم الحضور أو طلب التغيير قبل الموعد بأقل من ٧٢ ساعة استحقاق جلسة بديلة اختيارية بموجب هذه السياسة. وتظل الحقوق القانونية الإلزامية محفوظة.

إذا ألغى أحمد الجلسة

إذا ألغى أحمد جلسة لم تُقدَّم، يمكنك اختيار موعد بديل متفق عليه أو استرداد كامل رسوم الجلسة المتأثرة. ولن يُفرض رصيد بديل بدلًا من الاسترداد.

المشروعات والباقات

تخضع المشروعات الاستشارية وباقات الكوتشينج والمحاضرات وورش العمل لشروط خاصة تُقدَّم قبل الدفع.

الإخطار والحقوق المحفوظة

يُرجى إرسال الطلب عبر نموذج التواصل أو البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب الوارد في تأكيد الحجز، مع توضيح اسمك وتاريخ الموعد. تُحسب مهلة الإخطار البالغة ٧٢ ساعة بالساعات الفعلية، بما فيها عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.

لا تستبعد هذه السياسة أي حقوق إلزامية للعدول أو الإلغاء أو الاسترداد أو حماية المستهلك، وتكون لهذه الحقوق الأولوية عند التعارض. تسري الشروط المتفق عليها وقت الحجز، ولا تُطبَّق التعديلات اللاحقة بأثر رجعي.
