This website introduces Ahmad Haikal’s services and shares general information. Sending an enquiry does not create a coaching or advisory relationship, reserve a time, or commit either party to an engagement.

Scope of the work

Coaching supports your own reflection and decisions. Advisory work provides business perspectives within the scope agreed. Neither service guarantees a promotion, role, revenue level or other particular outcome.

The services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, tax or regulated investment advice. Where a matter requires a qualified specialist, appropriate independent advice should be sought.

Payment, confirmation and cancellation

Sending a message does not reserve a session or confirm an engagement. A session or engagement is confirmed when I send you the agreed details by email or WhatsApp, using the communication channel agreed with you. Individual sessions booked and paid for on the website also require the relevant booking confirmation.

Booking and paying through this website is one option. Other sessions, projects and payment arrangements can be discussed directly through the Contact page or WhatsApp before anything is confirmed.

The cancellation policy must be provided and agreed before payment. A separate written proposal governs packages, projects and speaking engagements. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority over conflicting contract wording.

Confidentiality and recordings

The service agreement will define confidentiality, any permitted disclosure and any sponsor reporting. Sessions will not be recorded without express agreement. Confidentiality is subject to applicable legal duties and any limits explained before the engagement.

Please share only information you are entitled to disclose. Do not send another person’s confidential information through an initial enquiry.

Website materials and acceptable use

Website text, photographs and branding belong to Ahmad Haikal or their respective rights holders. You may read the content and share links to it. Commercial reproduction or use of the branding requires permission unless the law permits otherwise.

Do not misuse the forms, send spam, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the website’s operation. External links are provided for convenience and their own terms apply.

Questions, concerns and changes

Please use Contact Ahmad Haikal to raise a question about the website or an engagement. Any dispute process and applicable governing law will be specified in the final service agreement, without removing rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to website terms will be dated. They will not retrospectively change the agreed terms of an existing paid engagement without agreement, except where required by law.

يساعدك الكوتشينج على التفكير واتخاذ قراراتك بنفسك. وتقدّم الاستشارات منظورًا للأعمال ضمن النطاق المتفق عليه. ولا تضمن أي من الخدمتين ترقية أو وظيفة أو مستوى محددًا من الإيرادات أو نتيجة بعينها.

لا تُعدّ هذه الخدمات بديلًا عن المشورة الطبية أو النفسية أو القانونية أو الضريبية أو الاستثمارية الخاضعة للتنظيم. وعندما يتطلب الأمر مختصًا مؤهلًا، ينبغي طلب المشورة المستقلة المناسبة.

الدفع والتأكيد والإلغاء

إرسال رسالة لا يعني حجز جلسة أو تأكيد التعاون. يتأكد موعد الجلسة أو التعاون عندما أرسل إليك التفاصيل المتفق عليها عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب، بحسب وسيلة التواصل المتفق عليها. أما الجلسات التي تُحجز ويُدفع مقابلها عبر الموقع، فيلزم كذلك استلام تأكيد الحجز الخاص بها.

الحجز والدفع عبر الموقع أحد الخيارات المتاحة. ويمكن مناقشة الجلسات والمشروعات الأخرى وترتيبات الدفع مباشرة عبر صفحة التواصل أو واتساب قبل تأكيد أي اتفاق.

يجب تقديم سياسة الإلغاء والاتفاق عليها قبل الدفع. وتخضع الباقات والمشروعات والمحاضرات لعرض مكتوب منفصل. وتكون لحقوق المستهلك الإلزامية الأولوية على أي نص تعاقدي يتعارض معها.

السرية والتسجيل

سيحدد اتفاق الخدمة نطاق السرية، وأي إفصاح مسموح به، وأي تقارير تُقدَّم للجهة الراعية. ولن تُسجَّل الجلسات دون اتفاق صريح. وتخضع السرية للواجبات القانونية المطبقة وأي حدود تُوضَّح قبل بدء التعاون.

يرجى مشاركة المعلومات التي يحق لك الإفصاح عنها فقط، وعدم إرسال معلومات سرية تخص شخصًا آخر ضمن الاستفسار الأول.

محتوى الموقع والاستخدام المقبول

تعود ملكية النصوص والصور والهوية البصرية إلى أحمد هيكل أو أصحاب الحقوق المعنيين. يمكنك قراءة المحتوى ومشاركة روابطه. ويتطلب نسخه لأغراض تجارية أو استخدام الهوية البصرية إذنًا، ما لم يسمح القانون بخلاف ذلك.
